Each week prior to delivery, we send you an email with your default box contents. You can log into your account to swap items out, add extra produce, or order add-ons (like honey, eggs, or pantry items) before your deadline.

We know summer is busy! If you’re going away, simply schedule a hold in your member account at least 2 days prior. You can choose to credit your account for extra produce on another week or donate your box to a local food pantry.

We offer multiple convenient pick-up locations across Ottawa, Gatineau, and directly at the farm. You select your preferred neighborhood pickup spot during checkout!
